Exotic Car Share is a membership organization
in its seventh year of operation, offering Club Memberships &
Fractional Ownership of Classic and Exotic cars. We have two divisions.
Exotic Car Share, a membership club with over 700 members, offers
members access to a collection of over a dozen classic & exotic
vehicles. Members can reserve automobiles for a week or weekend
by reserving vehicles up to 3 months in advance. The Curvy Road
division offers fractional ownership of exotic & high-end luxury
vehicles, nationally. Members can purchase one-fifth shares of vehicles
like the Bentley Continental GT, Ferrari 360 Spider & the Lamborghini
Gallardo. Share ownership is available via an Equity Plan or a less
expensive Flex Plan. Shareholders drive their dream vehicle for
eight weeks per year across the Spring, Summer & Fall seasons,
in one, two or three week increments. One-Tenth shares are also
available. We have operations in Palatine, Illinois, with shared
locations in Beverly Hills, California and Brooklyn, New York. More

In this position some of your responsibilities
would be:
• Answer and screen calls
• Provide daily high level support to Marketing Executive
• Assist Marketing Executive with confidential business matters
• Organize and maintain Marketing Executive’s files
• Greet members & prospects & explain our services
when they come into the office.
• Update usage calendars for vehicles
• Create PowerPoint presentations
• Create, graph and update reports in Excel
• Research on internet for special projects
• Reserve member-vehicle reservations, process payment &
verify member’s insurance
• Make travel arrangements
• Reconcile monthly credit card statements and maintain petty
cash
• Update member & shareholder files
• Compose letters and memos to members and prospects
• The position requires strong communication skills, which
are critical to the success of the position. Both communication
with members, prospects, and vendors as well as with management,
staff & co-workers.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings
until 8 PM and one to two weekend days per month, generally between
9 AM and 6 PM.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to think and respond creatively and innovatively
• Advanced Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher and Microsoft
